PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON
CONDITIONS OF SALE AND ATTENDANCE 

By purchasing an e-ticket/wristband, you have accepted  Oktoberfest Asia’s Terms of Service Agreement. The holder hereof voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event, including bodily injury and death, whether occurring prior to, during or following the event. The holder releases management, venue, promoters, participants, organisers, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, partners, employees, service providers and representatives from any claims related to, arising out of or incidental to the event or the holder’s presence thereat.

The e-ticket/wristband is a revocable license to enter the venue at the date and time listed on the front hereof. Management of the event reserves the right, without the obligation to provide a full or partial refund, to refuse entry to or eject any person for any reason deemed necessary in the sole discretion of management for the safe and orderly operation of the event (including disorderly, vulgar or abusive conduct) or for the enforcement of policies applicable to the event (including these terms or other posted policies).

TICKET EXCHANGE / WRISTBAND COLLECTION
Upon arrival at the Oktoberfest Asia, you must present your printed e-ticket (for internet pre-sales) at the entrance. Your e-ticket will then be exchanged for a wristband which you must wear at all times to gain access to the Festival Marquee.


VALID TICKETS

We must be able to verify the purchase of your ticket upon presentation at the entrance, so please bring along a valid credit card and / or photo ID. Please note your ticket is not transferable and only one wristband will be issued per ticket purchased, with the exception of VIP group(s), who will be given a second wristband for access to their designated VIP area.

VALID ENTRY
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who:
a. Cannot produce a valid ticket

b. Presents a ticket that has been purchased or obtained through an unauthorised source  or by illegal means

c. Presents a ticket that has been duplicated

d. Under the age of 18. Age must be over 18 on the first day of the festival


NO REFUND POLICY

The festival will be held in any and all weather conditions. The organisers reserve the right to change the program as required by circumstances and conditions at any time without notice. In the event that the festival has to be cancelled tickets will be refunded on request within seven days of such request.

Festival Organisers will not refund, provide an exchange or replace any tickets when:• a. The ticket holder is unable or chooses not to attend the event

b. The ticket has been duplicated

c. The wristband is lost, damaged, forged or stolen from someone else

d. The ticket holder has been refused entry or evicted from the premises under any of the circumstances outlined in the Terms and Conditions

e. The event does not meet his or her expectations

f. The program lineup or schedule changes

OTHER FESTIVAL ENTRY CONDITIONS

a. You may not bring into the festival hub alcohol, glass bottles, illegal drugs or dangerous items

b. You are not permitted to bring in your own food

c.  We reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items and refuse entry without refund

d. Security officials and police have the right to search personal property of ticket holders for safety reasons – refusal may result in entry being refused without refund

e. Alcohol served at the festival may only be consumed within the Festival Marquee, and may not be taken outside under any circumstances

f. For the safety of patrons, artists and equipment any dangerous, irresponsible, unruly, offensive, disturbing or inebriated behaviour is strictly prohibited and offenders will forfeit their ticket and be ejected from the festival• No backstage access is permitted

g. Footwear must be worn at all times

h. Festival admission times are:

Thursday, 19 October 2016 – 6:00pm – 12:00am
Friday, 20 October 2016 – 6:00pm – 12:00am
Saturday, 21 October 2016 – 6:00pm – 12:00am

Entry is forbidden at all other times with the exception of staff and service providers.

PUBLICITY RELEASE
You consent to being filmed, videotaped, and/or recorded as a member of the audience and a ticket holder. You release the organisers, our affiliates and licensees from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property arising from those actions. You expressly authorize use of your image, likeness, name, voice, and all reproductions in any media (even if invented later), forever, in any location in the world, by us or our licensees, and you waive any rights of privacy or publicity related to such uses.
